INGREDIENTS

2-4 eggs
1/2 c broccoli florets
1/2 c chopped fresh mushrooms
1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese
4 Pinches Classy Classic Gourmegg Seasoning

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°.  Add  broccoli and mushrooms to bake safe pot. Sprinkle with about a teaspoon of cheese over the veggies.

2. Clear a small circle in the middle of the veggies and gently crack the egg(s) on top. Pinch the Classy Classic Gourmegg Seasoning on top and then sprinkle a touch more cheese.

3. Bake for about 15-18 minutes. Remove from oven being very careful of the heat.

4. Let cool and enjoy!
