6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
¼ C pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
¼ C Feta Cheese, crumbled
¼ C sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped
¼ red onion, finely diced (soak in water until ready to combine)
3 Tbls plain greek yogurt
1 Tbls GourmEgg Gracefully Greek seasoning
Juice of ½ lemon


  1. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Check and adjust seasoning as necessary.
  2. Serve on flatbread, pita, or on cucumber rounds as an appetizer.
