INGREDIENTS

3 eggs
Pork Sausage, uncased
flour
breadcrumbs
2 pinches Gourmegg Classy Classic Seasoning 

 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Medium boil 2 eggs (6-8 min in boiling water), let cool, remove shell
  2. Encase egg in uncooked sausage
  3. Roll in mixture of 1 part flour, ½ part GourmEgg Classy Classic seasoning
  4. Dredge in beaten egg
  5. Roll in breadcrumbs
  6. Shallow fry in vegetable oil, turning in pan to brown evenly, until the sausage is cooked through
  7. Cut each egg in half, and sprinkle with remaining GourmEgg Classy Classic seasoning
