INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
Pork Sausage, uncased
flour
breadcrumbs
2 pinches Gourmegg Classy Classic Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- Medium boil 2 eggs (6-8 min in boiling water), let cool, remove shell
- Encase egg in uncooked sausage
- Roll in mixture of 1 part flour, ½ part GourmEgg Classy Classic seasoning
- Dredge in beaten egg
- Roll in breadcrumbs
- Shallow fry in vegetable oil, turning in pan to brown evenly, until the sausage is cooked through
- Cut each egg in half, and sprinkle with remaining GourmEgg Classy Classic seasoning
